UCLA Coffee Subscription Program
Objective: Drive college students to purchase a coffee subscription card and increase traffic at UCLA Coffeehouses.
Process: The headline focuses on the savings in order to grab the reader's attention, with a short and sweet fine print message below. I added a hand-drawn touch to make it personable and relatable for our target audience. 
Results: The email was sent to over 30,000 UCLA students and received an above-average click rate. Over 100 coffee subscription cards were sold in the first week and traffic increased at Anderson Cafe.
UCLA Restaurants Promotion
Objective: Encourage college students to collect their free coupon book and in order to drive traffic to UCLA Restaurants.
Process: I photographed the food and designed the email to be eye-popping and attention-grabbing with a clear call to action to receive a coupon.
Results: A subject line that included 'FREE COUPONS' understandably resulted in a higher than average open and click rate. We gave out over 10,000 coupon books which resulted in significantly increased traffic at the various UCLA Restaurants included in the coupon book.
Incline Village Community and Business Association Weekly Newsletter
Objective: Create mailchimp template for weekly newsletter, design 'SnapShot' logo, source content, and design weekly newsletter.
Process: I find an engaging community piece to be the featured article to catch our readers' attention. Then I highlight 2 key events, with links an a call to action to view the entire event calendar. The rest of the newsletter follows the same format with two engaging pieces being highlighted with a follow-up call to action to view more.
Results: In one year of designing, sourcing, and producing IVCBA's newsletters, our average open rate increased to 55%, our subscribers increased to 1100, and our click rate increased to 18%.
